Kripalu means compassionate.
My yoga is hopefully nurturing and allows you, the student to find a confidence in who you are and your abilities. It is akin to a Hatha style practice.
I use postures, breath work and deep relaxation to allow you to discover more about yourself.
My yoga suits all abilities. Even if you think "I am not flexible, I can't do yoga".
Yoga is about more than your body it is about your mind, about your breath and about taking time out of your daily grind to stop and admire the wonder of yourself.
Kripalu yoga is a yoga for every 'body'.
